Leaving the house you are in the very center of Odessa life. In this house there are 4 restaurants, 2 bank outlets, several shops. Right round the corner there is world famous Odessa National Opera House where Karuso, Shalyapin sang their parts, where Chaikovskyy conducted the orchestra. All the famous city sightseeing is nearby – walking distance.
